Our Story:
Established in November 2000, KIF was born from the principle of "Koyenum Immalah"—an Ukwuani phrase meaning "You cannot give what you don't have." We believe that to transform communities, we must first empower the individuals within them.

Where does KIF carry out its programs?
While our headquarters is located in Benin City, we currently serve all 18 Local Government Areas (LGAs) of Edo State. We work directly within these communities to ensure our impact reaches those who need it most at the grassroots level.

Yes. KIF is fully registered with the Corporate Affairs Commission (CAC), the Ministry of Women Affairs & Social Development, and the Ministry of Youth and Sports Development. These registrations allow us to operate legally and maintain accountability with government and international partners.
